| ■ 抄録・要旨 | 野外でのアカマツ（Pinus densiflora）の繁殖構造を明らかにするために、６つの単一座共優性マイクロサテライトマーカーが開発された。これらの６つの多型性を示す座は、マツ属に属するアカマツ以外のいくつかの種においても増幅されることがわかった。このことは、アカマツから開発された６つの多型マーカーが、アカマツ以外のいくつかのマツ属樹種でも、単一座共優性マーカーとして利用できることを示唆している。 Six single-locus, codominant microsatellite markers in Pinus densiflora were developed to investigate reproductive behavior in the field. The 6 polymorphic loci were also amplified in some other Pinus species. This suggests that the 6 polymorphic markers developed from Pinus densiflora are available as single-locus, codominant markers in some other Pinus species. |
